Personal Information
Main research areas include administrative law, energy law, and environmental law. Published more than 200 papers in CSSCI journals such as China Legal Science, Chinese Journal of Law, and Administrative Law Review, as well as in overseas academic journals. Among these papers, over 70 have been reprinted or excerpted by Abstracts of New China, China Social Sciences Digest, China University Academic Digest, Reprinted In Information Center for Social Science f RUC, and the theoretical edition of Guangming Daily, etc. Presided over more than 20 projects, including Key Program of the National Social Science Foundation of China, provincial projects, and horizontal projects. In 2006, selected by the "New Century Talents Project" (the "100, 1,000, 10,000 Talents Project"). Besides, enjoyed the Special Government Allowance of the State Council since 2010.Now undertakes postgraduate teaching and research work at the Law School of Nanchang University.
