Xiuqin Wei, Associate Professor/Master's Supervisor, Nanchang University. She graduated from the major of Ferrous Metallurgy at the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) in 1991, and then pursued a master's degree in the same major at USTB. She began to study for a doctoral degree on the job at Nanchang University in 2003, and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Materials Physics and Chemistry in 2006. She has worked at the Kehua Metallurgical Lance Research Institute of USTB since 1994, and has been working at Nanchang University since December 1996 till now. She has presided over or participated in the research of a number of national, provincial and university-enterprise cooperation projects. She has published more than 30 first-author papers in professional journals at home and abroad, among which more than 20 are included in SCI or EI. She has obtained more than 10 national authorized patents as the first inventor.
