Liao Qinghua, born in February 1968, doctor, second-level professor, doctoral supervisor. Famous teaching teachers at the provincial level of Jiangxi Province and candidates for the project of tens of millions of talents in Jiangxi Province; director of the Physical Society of Jiangxi Province and director of the Optical Society of Jiangxi Province. In 2005, he was a senior visiting scholar from UIUC University in the United States. From 2006 to 2009, he was the deputy governor of the People's Government of Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. He published more than 30 SCI or EI papers as the first author or tutor corresponding author, presided over two of the National Natural Science Foundation, and presided over many provincial projects.
