现已完成国家和省部级项目40余项,横向项目40余项,国内外学术刊物发表论文460余篇(SCI论文300多篇),主编和参编如十二五国家规划教材《食品营养学》(第三和四版,中国农业出版社出版)、《功能食品学》(科学出版社)、《食品安全事故应急处置操作指南》(中国农业出版社出版)、《营养生物技术与转化应用》(中国轻工出版社)等著作17部,获得国家发明专利20余项,省级科技进步一等奖3项、二等奖2项,省级技术发明二等奖1项和省自然科学三等奖1项;国家教学成果二等奖1项,省教学成果一等奖2项,省教学成果二等奖2项。主要研究方向为营养、保健与功能食品。
