Hierarchical Optimization of Active Distribution Network Based onSecond-order Cone Planning and Demand Side Management
In the power market environment,the economic dispatch of the system is becoming more and more complex,and it is of great significance to seek a strategy to coordinate the interests of both users and power supply companies. Ahierarchical optimization of active distribution network based on second-order cone planning and demand-sidemanagement is proposed. The user layer divides the load into peak and valley periods,determines the peak and valleyelectricity price,and makes different management methods for different load types to achieve the effect of peak shavingand valley filling. The distribution network layer aims to minimize network loss by considering active control objects withPV,WT,ESS,SVC and CB,using the second-order cone relaxation technology to convert the optimal power flowproblem into a second-order cone programming model. An example of the improved IEEE33 node system is analyzed toverify the validity of the model.
